When a man wants to be a father to his child ,an offer the child the fun an opportunity that he did not have, so he can be considered a "good father". The mother decides to be mean an takes the child away from him just cause she feels she can.
Is that fair?

No, I don't believe any parent should be denied the right to their child, unless, he or she has been proven by law an unfit parent.
