The Search for the Perfect Job....
I am blessed, or am I. I have searched for a good Job, and alast, I have found it. But wait not just one, but two employers have called me now. A choice is now due, and it is time to make a move. They are both Country Clubs, and well known, but what should a person look for? They both produce great dishes and wonderful atmospheres, but who to choose. I would hate to pick one and not the other, on the fact I hate to lose. A hard choice, but it must be done, I wonder which way would be best, but I also wonder how the west, was actually won...

Tough call! Look for those differences - and since this is YOUR career, be willing to make that tough call yourself. Is one chef that you'd be working for more well known than the other? Does one have better credentials than the other (CMC vs. CEC)? Is one country club just a little more well known than the other? Tough questions, but again, for your own career be willing to answer those questions according to your own perceptions. You're entitled to make that call. And by now, I assume you have, and I trust that you made the right one. But the advice still stands - I know you'll have great places competing for you in the future, so you'll have to make this decision again some day!
