I was playing around and kind of stumbled upon one I like. Instead of using ricotta cheese, I use seasoned whipped cream cheese.
Just make a marinara sauce, I prefer mine chunky and a little sweet.
When you make the layers be sure to spread the cream cheese BEFORE the sauce or else it will be messy!
